This is the fastest and easiest way to make your payment. Within the next day after submitting your credit card information the payment will be processed and your subscription can be activated.

Once you have submitted your payment information at element 5 their bank information will be shown to you. You will receive thisinformation also by email. As soon as your money arrives at element 5 you will be notified about it by email. Depending on yourbank this process may take several days. Pay attention that additional fees could be charged by your bank that you also have topay. Please keep this in mind when filling out the form at your bank because incomplete payments cannot be processed. Please ensure that you state the order reference number as reason for transfer or your money cannot be assigned to your order.
element 5 accepts money orders and all personal, business, and cashier's checks. After submitting your payment information you will get all necessary information to write out a check to element 5. Please make sure not to write out the check to CipSoft and that it should be in US-Dollars or Euros. You will receive this information also by email. As soon as the check arrives at element 5 you will be notified about it by email. Please ensure that you mention the order reference number on the check or your money cannot be assigned to your order. Depending on your location it may take up to three weeks until your check arrives at our payment service provider.
You can also make your payment by sending cash to element 5. You can send cash in any currency. Just select your currency and the web interface will tell you how much money you have to send. Once you have submitted your payment information you will get thepostal address of element 5. You will receive this information also by email. Please note that it is at your sole risk to send cash via postal mail. Also, please ensure that you mention the order reference number in the postal mail or your money cannot beassigned to your order. Limitations
If you are not of full legal age, you must have the permission of your parents or legal guardians to start a subscription. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, but not after the subscription has been activated.
